-Size desired 

-Thread / Glitter option you would like NRSE and title. (ex. LPN,RN,etc)

-Design includes up to 1 name 

-If you would like a name please specify where you would like the name located and double triple check the spelling

-Current turn around for this design is 7-10 business days (Friday and Saturday not included) 

*If you would like a rush order please send over an email with the subject (Nurse Rush) also include the date you would like the item completed. Please keep in mind that a rush order may require an up-charge depending on the time needed. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

-Machine wash garment inside out with cold water. NO FABRIC SOFTNER as it could possibly deteriorate the glitter and cause the design to fade.

-Do not dry clean

-Do not iron directly onto the design. If ironing is needed iron inside out and do not run the iron over the design only press design area.
