Keepsake Bear (Embroidery)

Create Your Own Memory:

*Are you looking for a precious way to create a fond memory? Look no further. In order to create your own memory bear you will need at least 10-12 pieces of fabric of your choice (ex. shirt, pant, onesie, blanket, etc) If you are unsure of what fabric you are able to use, you are more than welcome to send an email to Keiessentialsllc@gmail.com to confirm. 

*Once payment has been received you will receive an email with instructions on where to ship all items and a package checklist. You will then have one week from your date of purchase to ship all items to Keiessentials. Please ensure that your email on your order is correct at checkout so you promptly receive your shipping instructions.

*(You) The client are responsible for the cost to ship all items to Keiessentials. That is not a cost that is covered by our company. 

*Orders are worked in the order that they are received. 

*We try our best to use all of the fabric provided. There is generally no fabric left behind. If there is a large amount left over we will contact you to discuss for it to be returned and or disposed of in the necessary manner.

*THIS SPECIFIC LISTING INCLUDES EMBROIDERY - PLEASE ADD IN THE NOTES WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE EMBROIDERED ON YOUR BEAR AND WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE THE EMBROIDERY PLACED. WE WILL REACH OUT TO CONFIRM THE MESSAGE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECTLY SPELLED. ONCE APPROVED THERE ARE NO ADJUSTMENTS. 

Current Turnaround time:

4-8 Weeks from the day we have received all items.

*If you would like to receive your keepsake by a specific date please send an email PRIOR TO your purchase with detailed information. We will do our best to accommodate the requested date.

12 Inches from table to top of head.

Care Instructions:

Keepsake bears are not intended for Play. You are more than welcome to enjoy your fluffy friend with gentle care. In the case that your bear gets dirty it is recommended to use a damp rag and pat the dirty area and allow it to air dry.
